Fron Francis private owners’ Caravan Park is located on the eastern slope of the picturesque Conwy Valley in Snowdonia, nestled in a sheltered wooded hollow in the hillside.
The Park is close to the small market town of Llanrwst with all the amenities this holiday area has to offer including pubs, restaurants, cafes, take-aways and shops. With Betws-y-Coed only being minutes away, you are at the gateway to Snowdonia.
We are a small, rural and peaceful family run park nestled in the heart of rural North Wales / Snowdonia. If it is an authentic country holiday you look for in a caravan holiday and scenery, wildlife and a rural lifestyle is important to you, then you should come and pay us a visit. We are on the doorstep of Conwy and Betws-y-Coed - two of the most visited locations in the region for coastal and rural getaways.
A slower lifestyle
Our caravan owners say our Park is an excellent home to explore Snowdonia and the North Coast, as you can get to most of the popular locations in under 30 minutes. Snowdonia has recently received the award of being the 4th most popular world destination by Lonely Planet Guide, and the area certainly is deserving of this title.
Our community
This small caravan site has only 26 owner occupied caravans, each in its own individual garden setting. Surrounded by a wide variety of deciduous, evergreen and flowering trees presenting an ideal habitat for a wide variety of birds and wildlife. The location makes for an idyllic, quiet and rural caravan park and a base for exploring the coast and mountains of this beautiful part of Wales. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

Minutes from LLanrwst, Betws-y-Coed and Conwy we we have decided to embrace the countryside and the peace it brings. Our focus is on allowing our caravan owners to enjoy their own space, garden, views and the surroundings of the Conwy Valley.
