Fron Francis is within walking distance of the historic market town of Llanwrst. There is a market every Tuesday in Ancaster Square as well as local shops, pubs and cafe’s to enjoy.

A short drive or walk from Llanrwst, across the valley is the Gwydyr Forest with numerous paths and trails, lakes and valleys and the pretty little village of Trefriw with its shops, pubs and restaurants.

Llandudno & the Great Orme

“The Queen of Welsh watering places” - an old quote from the 1800’s but still rings true. Llandudno is the largest seaside resort in Wales.

With it’s Victorian buildings, promenade and pier its the perfect day trip and only 15 minutes from Fron Francis

Fron Francis sits in the heart of Snowdonia so access to all of North Wales’ most beautiful locations - mountains, lakes, rivers and wilderness - are right on your doorstep.

Within 5 minutes of Betws-y-Coed, the gateway to Snowdon, you will be able to truly get away from everything in some of the most picturesque landscapes in the whole of the United Kingdom.

Fron Francis is less than 15 minutes from Capel Curig and the Pen y Pass - the most popular starting point for a hike up to the top of Wales.
